This tutorial will show you how to put audio and visual clips on your website.

From the back (administration) end of your site, go to:  Components > DOCMan > Management

The first thing you need to do is create a new category.

• Click the  Categories button, then the Add button.
• Type in a Category Title and Category Name for the audio clip.
• Click the Save button.

The next step is to upload a media file (audio sermon).

• Click the CPanel button and then the Files button.
• Click the Upload button. From the selections choose,  Upload a file from your computer.  Click the Next button.
• Browse for a video/audio file, select the file you want to upload and click Open. Click the Submit button.
• Click the Make a new document entry using this file.
• Type in a name and choose a category.
• Click the Save button.
• Publish and Approve the file by clicking on the red X's under the Publish and Approved columns.

Next you need to create menu link for the DOCMan component.

• Go to:  Menu > Mainmenu
• Click the New button.
• In the Component panel, Click on the word Component.
• Type in a name (something that says Media or Audio).
• Choose DOCMan as the component.
• Order as desired.  Click the Save button.

Go the the front end of your site.  Refresh and see your changes.
